Thank you for choosing a property offered by Bridge Residential Property Services as your new home. We appreciate the opportunity to be of Service to you. In order to make the application process easier, please click on Bridge Leasing Qualifications on the left side of this page and review. When finished, print a copy for each application submitted, sign where indicated and return to our office with your application information below.

Application Process

Each prospective tenant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application (including each spouse if married). Co-signers and Guarantors must also submit a complete application.

In order to process an application, each prospective tenant must:

  • Sign and date the Information About Brokerage Services Form
  • Sign and date a copy of the Bridge Services Application Process and Leasing Qualifications
  • Complete the Texas Association of Realtors Rental Application and Authorization to Release Information Form
  • Submit all of the above with a CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for the non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for each applicant over 18 years of age and/or any co-signer. (The fee for married couples is $50.00 only.)

These forms may be downloaded and printed by accessing the links above.

In order to hold the property exclusively for you after your application is approved, you must complete and deliver to Bridge Services the above application forms and required fees, and 1) execute the Agreement for Application Deposit and Hold on Property (to be completed by your agent or our office agents outlining the property address, lease terms, move-in date, lease amount, etc. This form outlines the major terms of the lease to be signed upon acceptance and before move-in) ; 2) provide an application deposit in the amount of one month's lease payment in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or certified check.

Upon completion and delivery to Bridge Services of the above forms and fees, your application will be processed. If you are denied, the application deposit will be returned to you. The Owner of the property has final right of approval of applications.

Please deliver all completed documents and fees to our office at 2509 Merrick St., Fort Worth, TX 76107. The application approval process will not start until we have received all of the required documents and fees.
