Bridge Lease Maintenance Requests

All maintenance requests must be submitted using our Maintenance Request Form. Except in emergencies, no maintenance requests will begin until received in writing.
Please complete the attached Maintenance Request Form for each maintenance request.
To fax the form to us, print the form, complete and fax to (817) 546-2260.
To email the form to us, save the form as a Word file, complete it, attach it to an email and email it to service@bridgelease.com.
You may also deliver the form to our office at 2509 Merrick Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
You may follow up on your request during normal office hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday) at (817) 806-5571.
